I love the concept of this book, the blurb really drew me to try out this new-to-me author duo.
I thought it was slow to start, with a lot of flirting without going anywhere, so it confused me. Reading further into the book, I felt like I was more on a journey of miscommunication.
It wasn’t until around 3/4 of the way through the story that I started to get into it, that I could see Elio and Romy blossoming.
I’m glad I stuck it out as it was the happily ever after I was hoping for.
