A wacky race across Florida with Serge as your guide. He is trying to film some footage for a reality TV show and captures all kinds of action. Meanwhile two tourists from Wisconsin get involved in a drug deal and have lots of misadventures. Rival drug gangs go up against each other in a comedy of errors. Trying to capitalize on using bums, migrants, etc to get OxyContin to sell by taking them to pain clinics. With Serge involved several people get killed in quite creative ways.
Not sure how Tim Dorsey manages to keep coming up with the extensive ramblings that he gives Serge. There is some interesting facts about Florida and as always it is entertaining.
