Flying Solo by Linda Holmes

3.0

Another enjoyable read from Linda Holmes. I liked the characters, I liked the re-kindling of the high-school romance, all the while knowing it might not last longer than that summer. My inner romantic was hoping for it, but... you'll see. I appreciated to have this story / romance told from the perspective of a 40 years old woman, who knew who she was and what she wanted in/from life. And what she didn't. The main plot of the mystery about the wooden duck Laurie finds in her late great-aunt's house had it's up and downs, but that was ok.
