Ramón and Julieta by Alana Quintana Albertson

Did not finish book. Stopped at 37%.
As a Mexican-American, I was so excited to finally find a romance book based on my culture, but this book just didn't do it for me. The writing felt clunky and repetitive at times, Ramon is entirely dislikeable and just stays that way, and the chemistry between the main characters feels forced. This tale is less romantic and more a sad story about gentrification and using privilege for selfish reasons versus using it to help others.
