Read Between the Lines by Rachel Lacey

This was a great romance, with plenty of tropes in place, and lovable characters who are all about the romance. One of the characters is secretly a romance writer, so there are some look-behind-the-curtain moments of seeing the life of a (nervous, awkward, not-ready-to-quit-her-day-job) writer, and other nods to romance movies (You've Got Mail, in particular).
It sometimes got a little confusing to follow our omniscient narrator through different perspective changes that happened rapid fire. This didn't feel like a book that would work for each character to have their own first person narration, but it did sometimes get a little clunky to navigate the shifts between who was feeling what and why. That's my reason for subtracting a star, but the book was overall a lot of fun and recommended for queer romance fans!
