The Great White Bard by Farah Karim-Cooper

As much as this was really insightful into the parts that i did not know and was educated on. 

I think Karim-Cooper gives Shakespeare too much the benefit of the doubt about quite a lot of stuff. like remember he was a white cishet man. I also think she was fairly biased about Shakespeare, but as being who she is, it makes a lot of sense.

 But this does not stop it from being a brilliant book that i think lots of people would benefit from reading. 

As she shows how to love Shakespeare while talking about race.
