Rich by Janet Elizabeth Henderson

5.0

Janet Elizabeth Henderson does it again with the newest addition to the Benson Security Series with the HEA of the touch as nails, intelligent Ice Queen that has every man but the one meant for her Quacking in their boots!

Rachel, our protagonist went through something absolutely horrendous and traumatizing; a back storythat none of the readers had any idea about until we opened Rich –
and it honestly broke my heart and had me admiring Rachel all the more – because let me be very clear – Rachel is the woman I want to be when I grow up – she takes no prisoners, her sarcasm is on point and while she may not wield a gun, she is a force unto herself that, to be honest, she needs to give us lessons on!

And Janet gave her the perfect man for her – Harvard,
an ex – CIA, charming and easy going man who, being secure in his own identity and masculinity, meant that he never rose up to the baits Rachel always, and I do mean, always threw at him! Plus, he wooed and courted Rachel in a way that she didn’t even realise that she was being courted – how could you not swoon at that?

I have always re – read Janet’s books when I needed something light yet emotional to read – and Janet knocks it off the park with Rich as well!
