About the Book: Dominic Davenport was a man who was driven to succeed. He would stop at nothing to accomplish his goals. He was so singularly driven, in fact, that he didn't even realize that the disintegration of his marriage was happening until it was too late. By the time he realized just how badly he had messed up, the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with was gone. Could he convince her to give him another chance?
My Final Say: I was so greedy to get this book in my hands. I was totally captivated by this couple's story. It was very realistic. Dom messed up big time. It was no small endeavor to pursue Ali. I felt her pain. I got his pain. I was heartbroken over their pain. I understood their emotions. I appreciated their journey toward the unconditional.
Other: I loved seeing the other KOS couples. Also, I have to say that Roman intrigued me. Could he be an undercover operative or a reformed bad boy, perhaps? The full story remains to be seen. Color me curious. In terms of Xavier and Sloane, bring it on!
