This book does such a beautiful job explaining anxiety, PTSD, and difficult parental relationships. It was beautifully written and definitely has moments that will stick with me. 

Choosing empathy is so important but so is upholding boundaries. This book cracks open this concept as well as meeting people where there are, but also healing and caring for yourself.
