Playing for Keeps by Jennifer Dugan
4.0
I put this down a little while after I got it because I was in a slump at the time (not at fault of the book itself) but I just binge read most of it tonight. I'm glad I finally finished it but I can also say that the miscommunication trope frustrates me to no end. I would still recommend this book to people.

Close Before Striking - 5
Mimsy Were The Borogoves - 4
A Piece Of You - 3
Skullduggery - 3.5
Started off strong then went downhill from there. I read it partially because I like the author's Paper Girls series and I prefer that to this.

The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World As an Aristocrat, Vol. 2 (manga) by Rui Tsukiyo

I've read a 'reincarnated man with all his past knowledge & changes the world' manga that was executed way better than this. It also didn't have unnecessary and gross shots of underage girls underwear being shown as a joke.
The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat, Vol. 1 (Manga) by Rui Tsukiyo

This series had potential but I hate the main character so much. I wish they aged him and the other characters up more because you really remember he's a grown adult reincarnated into a child in parts of the story.
Star Wars: Hyperspace Stories - Qui-Gon by George Mann
3.5
A short insight to Qui Gon being Dooku's padawan.
Doctor Who: Trouble in Paradise by Nev Fountain, Nicola Bryant, Cameron Stewart
3.5
One of the more forgettable stories in this series.
A Spell on Sycamore Street: A Boss's Daughter Paranormal Workplace Romance by Caroline Laine

Some great banter and moments with their friends. It's also a nice break from the other types of demon romances out there.
