Rediscovering the Church Fathers: Who They Were and How They Shaped the Church by Michael A.G. Haykin

Interesting read, terrible copy-edit.
Quite interesting introduction to the Patristic Fathers. The content was informative, and comprehensive. The biggest I challenge is that the editing of this book is terrible, at least on Kindle version, although I have a Spanish copy and it’s similarly awful, which makes it hard to read with combined, misspelled, and missing or extra words.

Such a well-written, captivating, honest, and raw book! It really encompasses what the story of an immigrant and child who has experienced trauma feels like!
The Confessions of Saint Augustine by Saint Augustine

There is a reason why Saint Augustine’s Confessions have has such an impact in the Christian faith! His confessions challenge us to think the role of sin in our lives, the calling of salvation and what it means to live unto the Lord in a very sincere and transparent manner. I thoroughly enjoyed the read!
