I loved it, don't get me wrong, but there's A LOT of miscommunication. The rest of it was really cute, though. Especially Mary Georgina.

Loved this anthology, here's a little comment about each tale:
  • The wrong foot:
A fun and alternative version of the Cinderella story. Great read.

  • Undead Philosophy 101:
I was expecting a different kind of ending; I liked it though.

  • A Cup of Comfort:
It was so cozy, but I didn't really like the resolution.

  • Dreaming Harry:
    I loved Elizabeth.

  • Offerings:
A cute, cozy story. I don't need more than that.

  • Dancing in the Dark:
I love when children are well constructed characters.

  • The Disastrous Début of Agatha Tremain:
I love how the darkness and hope mox in this story.

  • The Wildness Inside:
Beautiful tale about grief, pain and hope.

  • The Art of Deception:
That was a fun ride, loved it.

  • Midnight:
Kinda sad, but really well written.

  • Clasp Hands:
Kids being kids and (found) family. I thought it was gonna go a darker route, I'm glad it didn't.

  • Crow:
I didn't expect a crow to be a symbol of self-confidence in this way, it's great.

  • True Names:
"I married a man, I took his name, but I'm still me" is a nice resolution.

  • Good Neighbors:
This is the beginning of a love story with lots of stubbornness, miscommunication and fun. (Check the full collection, it's great).

  • Love, Your Flatmate:
I love the trope of going from despising each other to love. Especially when they're not actually hurting each other at first.

  • House of Secrets:
    Dark, but cute and sweet.
