lost interest honestly. I kept trying to getback to it for the sake of finishing it but that was making things worse cause It just made reading it tedious and I honestly couldn't remember the plot everytime I went back to read it,

I loved their story the most from this universe. were there issues With the Story?Yes but I appreciated that there was a Whole lot  going on plot wise. Both the male leads were going through it and they Saw past it.

 I've been intrigued by Syren from the Staniel Series, and his story didn't disappoint. Reading about him in the other books made me start this series just so I can get more SyrenAsby crumbs🥺♥️.

Syren ke motho le mo goish- sho xem. 💀✋🏾😭‼️ As someone who read these books not in order, I'm glad boyza got his happy ever after😭♥️, ALL OF THEM in that Bogus FBI team ya Dutch😭 ebile.

I'm definitely reading it again soon soon.

I enjoyed this one after a slightly disappointing start with book One.  The biggest reason was how straightforward Shane was, no bob, the builder I can fix /change him, or he is gonna change for me, Ish , kiri nix mo teka-teko

the end felt a bit rushed and uprupt. Nkari, the story was cut short 🥲

 the way Shane was so quick with that had me asking wena Dev what happened to loyality 😭😂 so quick with that name,

It was fine, ai. Stopped reading it a month ago  🥱🥱.  read two book series and came back to it Cause there was noway I was dropping it When I was so close to the end.

The hype of this book on Booktok, hai... 🧍‍♀️ At Some point It was just going on and on. I skipped some spicy scenes cause hai harifetshi hanti🧍‍♀️

kuri babes was busy breathing through the wound all these years Kanti She has a powerful mom🙄✋🏾, 

that club scene towards the end with Bree, ai... nkari, the author was trying so hard to villainify bree, It was not necessary, It's giving you fighting for Indoda, this case amadoda ? girlies, come on✋🏾🙄

I wish we had more mmm scenes😩, Ankere, they are all partners, even before Lily came into the pic, some intimate, cute moments maan.

10% into this book, and I've never wanted to read all the 1 and 2 star reviews of this book so badly😂 , it's a thing of I have an idea of what could be in the contents and not because the book is bad.
Atticus is the king of not answering questions Xem🧍‍♀️✋🏾😭
 he talks like a pingpong ball😂😩, nje all over the place, kuri nje that was their Convos 90% of the time.

Atticus reminds me of Raven from Teen Titans and Hira from my beautiful man. If you know you know😂
Atticus is the type that will scream I'm a complicated mess OK when someone points He's hypocrisy in something he is tediously arguing about. Reid wabathu had to channel his inner spirit of discernment to get What boyza was actually Saying. He found It exciting to learn Atticus's love language I found it annoying in some parts🤷🏾‍♀️

Did I enjoy the book? Yes-lsh to a Certain degree , did I fully understand some parts ? Nope Why is that? because I don't fully get Atticus's train of thought the way he thinks, the way he communicates, why is this so? because I like straightforward answers, and their were anything but straightforward 😂

Reid's first time at Atticus's place and that epilogue👌🏾🔥♥️🥺

Having read all the 4 books I'll Start by saying the Series is beautiful in the Sense that It is essentially about broken men  who see themselves as monsters undeserving of love who find people that love Every part of them, Men who always put the job first, finally put their wants above the job and find happiness. with that said, from Avril's books, this series is probably my least favourite, but it's GOOD.

 Me to Renzo throughout the book: In malema's voice, "You can't love a person to that extent , You have to reach a point where you say this is enough" but also that's so cute 🥺✋🏾 but you need help 😂😂😂😂, just constantly flip flopping between these two💀🧍‍♀️

Man needs the highest, most intense form of therapy Cause wow,💀🧍‍♀️ that is not healthy 😭✋🏾‼️, Yes low's presence helps, but it is not a cure.

It was fine, It had parts I enjoyed, like them dancing in the elevator😩👌🏾♥️,

 my favorite part was when Low told Renzo to come through even though they were " fighting" cause he picked up Renzo was not fine and he was not sleeping🥺tmara what happened in die morê💀😂😭✋🏾

Oh, and low sending Renzo some of the food he left with from his sister. On some, "he enjoyed my sister's rice and peas, so he will enjoy this"😩♥️

When the truth eventually came out, I understood Low's anger neh, mara he annoyed me because he failed to grasp that it was not Renzo's Secret to tell🙄, 

I feel like him asking for space was more, so he felt shame, digust, and guilt at what the secret revealed more than him being angry that Renzo knew and didn't tell him.

having said all this, the book is not a fav

This one was the least of my favorites, which is a pity because I was looking forward to it mainly because of the tension that was between these 2 in the other books😩

I thought the tension would be at a 1000 in their book, the pinning, the longing Kanti... maybe if it was like dual Pov instead of 3rd person in some parts, the longing was gonna slap 🤷🏾‍♀️ , like give bodi internal monologue typa ish wabo.

Dutch, I will say, reminded a lot of Boston from Only friends💀😂 so it's only natural I tried understanding why he did some of the things he did to his team member in their books mara hai I couldn't😂😩💀😂

Dutch took way too much time dealing with the backers and marx. I find it hard to believe that he couldn't come up with to get him out of the predicament He was in for 3 years. The way the other books made him seem ruthless ,a man who has his fingers in all the cookie jars, etc. and you are telling me that he is being blackmailed ka Something so small in the grand scheme of things." 

Like the fact that he's the CEO technically of this team that he's heading, that tells you already that he is not opposed to dropping a few bodies, And Patel being on that same team I'd also paint him with the same brush, So it wouldn't have been that big of a shock to Patel had Dutch told him the truth after the team was setup🙄‼️

Also, his "Escorting" days aren't that big of a deal, honestly.The build up from the beginning of the book till, like 40% in made It seem like it's something huge. Kanti dude was a killer and whore🙄🧍‍♀️ and he didn't want his family and lover to know.

My thing is, why didn't he tell Patel?After the organization had been formed because everybody in the organization knows huri they are killers themselves and whores for the mission sometimes. I mean Van in Book 1 was spread out on top of a Porcshe with coke on his... just to secure info💀😂😭✋🏾‼️
