I was not expecting such a bittersweet ending.

I got the general gist of what happened in the story overall but there are some details that are still hazy for me. This series is probably better upon re-read, but I didn't like it enough to do that.

I didn't think it landed the ending, but to be honest I really enjoyed everything else. I liked the protagonist, the romance is always very integrated in the main plot, I looooved the vibe, and the story kept me engaged.

Milena y Bel me caían mal y se me hicieron tan pesados que hacia el final ya me daba todo igual. La trama fantástica está cogida con pinzas. Se repiten todo el rato los mismos chistes e insinuaciones. No me creo el desarrollo del romance. Tiene algunas escenas concretas (e incluso un par de capítulos) que sí me gustaron mucho, pero en general no me ha parecido bueno.

The plot is a bit unbelievable at times (too many coincidences, too much luck), but I loved it anyway because being in the protagonist's head was a ton of fun.
