Oh this series 💜 I love it so much. This particular book was a perfect last part of the journey through all 8 books.
Sophie's growth and struggles throughout the series always felt realistic, and this book is no exception.
I'm a big lover of Slice Of Life stories with characters I know well. I wouldn't say this whole book is that, but it did give that feeling which I loved. After these books I do feel I know Sophie and Elsa and other characters well, and being with them for another hockey season was great.

This is such a good continuation of the series, I had such a good time reading it. I sent multiple quotes to friends to share the joy (and to rec the book :P )
Seeing Devlin's journey continue in space, and seeing Zal with 'his' people, was very interesting. I loved how differences in culture was a main theme in this book, and how the characters dealt with it!
I'm tempted to gush here about the fun difference in anatomies the aliens have in the book, but I'll leave that for everyone to discover for themselves :P
I really recommend this series, both parts. Love the characters, the settings, and the plots are nice too! :D
