The J.P. Beaumont series is entertaining, quick and easy to read, keeps your interest! This is the 5th book in the series and I believe there are 17 in all with this detective. Start at the beginning.

3 1/2 stars. This one has significantly less moments that annoyed me, and has some entertaining moments. The swipes does seem to be getting a little bit better with each book.

This J.P. Beaumont mystery is not as good as some of the others. There's still a fair bit of driving around, but he gets sidelined by a couple of LOL's (you'll have to read it to find out what that means.) I still enjoy reading them for the way that J.P. sees the world, and each one fills in some of the holes in his story.
