Asa and Zane

This is darker than the books previously it is just as delicious.
Asa’s craving for violence and pain coupled with Zane’s  softness and craving to feel all of Asa’s power is a perfect combination.
Asa has never met anyone like Zane before and it enamours him because although Asa wants to take Zane to the next level with pain and pleasure he also wants to protect him with everything he has, even if that means protecting Zane from his past trauma and his ever present toxic family .

He is Asa’s, he will mark him for all those to see and Zane will revel in it.

Ps everything about the paperback/ hardcover and Alt covers are perfect! The colour, the model, the graphics even down to the font of the writing all tie together so beautifully.

I love Asa and Zane. I wasn’t sure I would because Asa, like all his brothers at first, is rather off putting. But I really grew to love him. Zane is so sweet, too. And the entire crew is so funny together. I love Asa and Avi’s relationship as well. The game they were tracking was a really fun conflict and different from the previous books. It even freaked me out a bit. 4/5 spice levels.

This is by far the funniest and wittiest so far in the series. I’ve loved the first 3 and are looking forward to read the rest.
