Holy cow! I was not prepared for how hot this book was! I was definitely excited to read about the twins and their connection, but I definitely didn't expect primal kink to be the flavor of this book! Hoo boy! Make sure you have a fan on! Or the a/c!

I enjoyed this one a lot! I love Zane and Asa together! I love how bloodthirsty Zane was to get revenge for his brother (I relate I would also behave similarly if it were my sister) and I love how supportive Asa is! I’m excited to see more of a friendship (or maybe more???????) between Avi and Zane!
One thing I’ve loved about all of these books is how we get to see more and more of how each couple is doing and any changes that have happened! I love Getting to see August and Lucas with their girls and how Atticus and Jericho are doing and that we are still waiting on Adam and Noah to tie the knot😂

Everything I loved when I read the book aka the atmosphere and intensity between the Zane and Asa was not to be found in the audio book which is a running theme with me and this narrator.
So why I keep listening to the audiobooks you might ask. Because I love doing re-reads through audiobooks, seeing if the book works for me again and also I'm always hoping that maybe I'll one day click with the narrator (which is doubtful after having listened to him narrate at least 6 books).
Gotta say that despite my issues with the narration the scene where Zane loses it in the car still hit hard!
Now let's see how Avi's book will be when it's out. Byeee!

¡Qué libro aburrido por favor!
Esta historia tenía muy buena premisa y el comienzo se me había hecho super interesante pero la relación principal se armo en 50 páginas, el sexo se volvió aburrido y la trama brillo por su ausencia. Además me di cuenta de que la autora se basa demasiado en el show criminal minds para crear a sus personajes: Calliope es la copia barata de Penelope Garcia, y Thomas es un Aaron Hotchner millonario. Además de que en este caso los psicópatas se convirtieron en perfiladores del fbi para resolver los asesinatos y me pareció tan copiado de CM que no podía disfrutar del libro por lo poco original que era.
En fin, voy a leer el tercer libro que me parece más entretenido y tal vez después siga con el de Avi porque él me llama más la atención que August.
