Wow. What a quick and sexy little read! I thought I'd just read a chapter, but then I realized it was just one long chapter. Quick and to the point, but definitely steamy. The build-up to the...ahh...climax, kept me turning the pages. Look forward to the rest.

First in 6 book series. And holy hell, it's hot, hot, hot. But for me (clearly in minority) not all that compelling. Wall to wall sex that's for sure, and I did finish the series. But its rather long and not worth 6 books in my opinion.

If you love your M/M with a little dub-con, READ THIS BOOK!!!
One hour with Scott "The Flogger" or broken bones. The choice seems pretty obvious to Tad. What Scott delivers, though, is quite a bit more than just a flogging.
Tad's struggle to fight his attraction to Scott drives the heat up in both the plot and the sex. This one is so scorching it could melt your Kindle! Make sure your significant other is handy... ;-)
Side note: After reading book two, I wanted to add that this has a bit of a serial format to it. A case of rape the straight guy until he enjoys it, discovers he's actually gay, and falls for his rapist, thinly covered by a bet with other characters, and a BDSM scenario. I'm told the rapist MC is somewhat redeemed in the next book (he knew not what he did - supposedly. But any "Dom" who has this bad a concept of consensual, no matter what he's been told, is irredeemable in my mind.) And since it's not clear to me that the author realized how unacceptable this scenario was, I doubt I'll be going there.
