this is basically all porn, and the ending is stupid (what is she supposed to do with a baseball field?), but it is significantly better than the first one in the series. the lolita thing was super weird (especially after the reveal about ben’s dad???) but at least he drops that after a few chapters

It goes from 0 to 60 in .3 seconds and that’s just way too fast for me. I loved Honey and all her quirks and qualities. Ben, mhm… I’m on the fence with him. I liked the story and what Bailey does with it, but I can’t completely like him… the story ending is gorgeous and emotional and so, so abrupt… I would’ve loved to read 100 more pages of this book!

now… Tessa Bailey may have just written two of my favorite characters. I loved Honey and Ben so much. This is one book where I could totally see the love they had for each other grow and grow throughout the story. The steamy scenes

Let the record reflect that this book has the quaintest little cover over on Amazon, simply featuring a pair of glasses and two open books lying in the grass.

Let’s keep it real though—this is deeply romantic smut by Tessa Bailey and I read it in a single sitting. Zero regrets.

Didn't like the character's, especially the MMC

Book 2
Need me.
Honey is a medical student, from Kentucky who has the hots for newly onboard professor Ben! A chance closeted interaction leaves them in hots and Ben also realizes that this girl is his student.
Dating students especially in physically proximity is obviously a no no and Ben's childhood history to plays on. However the need for Honey is too much too bear molding him to make some decisions.
Bringing in a stint at Honey's hometown too, misunderstanding and insta attraction are part of this one too!
