Dull, nonsense, and irritating. This book was like if a Hallmark movie was written by a 13 year old girl and set in an "everyday setting." The characters were dull and 2d. The plot, climax, and ending all made no sense and left major gaping plot holes to be filled in with all the dead air this book brings. This book could put the Sandman to sleep. Also this in no way a beauty and the beast retelling. Also severe sexism and pick me energy. Blah.

The story is loosely inspired by Beauty and the beast, but the characters are lacking development, the dialogue is forced (you don't say the other person's name at the beginning of each sentence!!), and the way they are portrayed, one has the size and the other the personality of the beast, so which is which?
There seemed to be editing missing: repetitions, mistakes and redundant information.
There was a lot of telling and no showing.
Did not like it, skimmed it. Do not recommend.

Seems like this book was written by AI or was very poorly translated. Lots of grammar mistakes, misuse of words, and sentences didnt flow. Story was ok but the spelling and grammar took me out of it consistently. There's no chance this went through any sort of editing.
