It’s really more like 3.5; I genuinely thought this was going to be Lynch teaching you how to do this method of meditation, and it’s not that. Instead it’s mostly just a genial and earnest description of how it helped him and his creative process. Really enjoyed listening to the audiobook version which is read by Lynch. Could listen to him forever.
