Threads That Bind by Kika Hatzopoulou

I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the vibes of this book and how it incorporated the Greek mythology and general Greek elements to the story! ✨ The mystery did keep me on my toes and I was trying to figure it out up until the last moment.

The only thing that confused a bit was all those different xxx-born, sometimes I found it hard to connect the person with the powers they were supposed to have. The romance was cute, even though I wasn't really keen on it, purely because I just wanted to know the conclusion to the mystery and I felt that this was slightly delaying things from progressing.

So much fun and sooooo spicy 👀 one of the books that I'd love to revisit in the future!

Even though it took me longer than anticipated to get through, this book did not disappoint AT ALL.

Kissen is shaping up to be one of my new favourite characters, she was soo interesting and multilayered, I loved following her journey. The whole atmosphere of the book reminds me of knight themed RPG games and it's overall very enticing to read. The plot twist as well was ☠️☠️☠️

I made the mistake of reading the plot of the second book before finishing and spend the second half of the book believing that Kissen was going to die, buuuuuuut I so hope she's saved after all! 🤞

I think what I liked the most was all the aspects that had to do with TNO. The relationship was nice to read about, but I was more interested in all the backstage information about a show like that, if I'm being honest.

I think it's safe to say that after reading "Divine Rivals", Rebecca Ross has made it to my "favourite authors" list and now I just have to read everything she's ever written!

This one was such a enjoyable story, that I did find dragging a bit towards the middle, but nonetheless I did really enjoy. Ross has a way with words and she knows how to weave a story, so I really liked reading this, even though it's not a favourite after all.

i LOOOOOOOOOVED the art work, but other than that, I don't think I was the target audience for this, since the writing style was definitely not for me 😅

I think it was fun, especially since as a theatre kid I was always on stage and knew little of what goes on backstage, but other than that, I got a bit confused at points and didn't think it was all that memorable.

Tbh I loved the vibes soooo much and I was so sure this was gonna be a five star read or at least a four star, but then we reached the 70% mark and nothing much had happened/we were rehashing the same story with Vassia again and again and I just wanted to be done 😅🙈

This was sooooo much FUN! I love pirates, child obsessed with Pirates of the Caribbean here 😂 so this was such a refreshing take to what a pirate is or maybe how a pirate is portrayed in media!

The writing style was also so much fun, it made the book even more readable and I just wish it was adapted into a TV show, cause I'd binde that thing in a matter of hours 😂

The only thing I didn't like is that
it had a double ending, like I was okay with Morvath being dead in the explosion and the book felt like it dragged towards the end, especially when he reappeared that kinda took away from my overall experience.
