The growth in this book is ASTOUNDING. The dogs are adorable. The romance was fantastic. The angst was there.

National parks truly are America’s Best Idea and this book is a love letter to them! It gives you a brief glance at all 63 national parks in the US and tells you about the original inhabitants of the parks as well (so important!).
The pictures in this book are stunning but the personal stories from rangers and travelers really bring home for you why you should visit (if possible) and love our national parks.
This book made me want to visit them all!
Thank you to NetGalley for this arc. All opinions are my own .

Ohhh this was so good!
Juliette and Ryder had a great enemies to lovers thing going. But once they started working on the bucket list, sparks started FYING. I loved the way they checked everything off. I was HOOKED.
Cannot wait to continue this series.

A Beauty and the Beast retelling mixed with a marriage of convenience and a Duke with a dark secret. Also, a group of Dukes named after the 7 deadly sins and (I think) their duchesses will be 7 virtues.
This is a great retelling. There were definitely Beauty and the Beast vibes throughout but it didn’t feel overdone.
Patience and Dorian were great fouls for one another. He’s the very wrathful Duke of Rath and she’s an 18 year old botanist from a poor family who he marries because of an old wrong that she knows nothing about. They had good chemistry from their first meeting- he fought it but it was there.
We do know what the big climactic issue will be early on. Patience doesn’t know though so it’s very much a waiting game. I think it was done well. I don’t want to say too much and give it away.
I’m really curious about the other dukes and I just can’t wait for their stories.

I loved Ery and Arran so much. The way their friendship turned into more was so believable and honestly just so good. They were always there for one another and had such a strong bond.

This truly had so much potential but I just didn’t vibe with it. Sadly, it’s all about the vibes for me.
Tiffany is a witch. Santiago is in shipping but he’s secretly a Duke. There’s a water monster of sorts that they need to thwart. Like all of that sounds fun. Aunt Esme and her merry band of witches are great. But the story just drug on for me.
I think this could have functioned as a novella because the action parts seemed few and far between. The rest could have been left out.
