Another good example of ignoring the major plot holes and just going with the vibes. Nothing makes sense in this story at all but, man, if I didn’t gobble it up in like 6 hours.
If Greyson has no stans, then I am dead because that man is a walking red flag and I’ve decided I am as colorblind as a dog. Woof. The other 3 are nice too but Greyson has me sweating.
I have this feeling like BFF Carrie is one of the people behind everything, which will be sad because I love her but, I don’t know, my spidey senses are tingling over her.
Also Kennedy is one of the dumbest main characters I’ve ever read but I am here for it. She is only thinking with her vagina and I love that for her.
Cannot wait for the next book to come out. Will be clearing my schedule for that.

It was a cute book. Nothing super groundbreaking. Kind of like a Wish version of Pucking Around. Things moved a little too fast in the beginning for me, which ruined the vibes a bit.
Nathan and Michael were just fine. I would’ve preferred more Crew scenes. Dani was also kind of bland for a main character. I’m not sure I’ll move onto the next books in this series, but I didn’t mind this read overall.

"The night feels really fucking dark, Manson, but I'm still chasing sunrises."
I’m pretty sure this series has ruined me for every other series out there, and I’m only one book in. I don’t even really like RH that much but I am in love with every single character.
Manson, my little baby boy. I would literally do anything to protect that sweet cinnamon roll with the filthiest mouth I’ve ever heard.
Lucas, is quickly becoming my favorite with his grumpiness and scowls. I literally squeal each time we get a chapter in his POV because I just love him so much.
Jason, the cutest little cupcake who deserves the whole world and all the kitty maids his heart desires.
Vincent, oh my gosh I hope we get more of him in the next book because I feel like we have the least amount of scenes with him but he makes me laugh so hard and then sweat with his ropes and commands.
Jessica, I can’t tell if I want to be her or do her, but either way I am so jealous of her.

Okay, my fault for reading the prequel after the second book but I didn’t know there was a prequel. However the relationships Jess has with the boys is so different in this novella it was really jarring for me. Again, that’s my fault for reading them in the wrong order but there are definitely a few major discrepancies between this book and Losers Part I.
Also taking an additional half a star off for the quote: “terrifying, thick phallus”. Please find better words for male anatomy.

Objectively, I feel like this is a good book. But honestly, most of it was painful to read. It was way too long and the ending wasn’t worth it.
Also, Dominic? I feel wronged.
To be honest, this series was depressing and I hate the way I feel right now. Definitely won’t be reading the next book, just gonna leave it at this semi-HEA and now I need to find a lighter book to cheer me up.

Holy hell. I think at this point I can consider myself somewhat of a hockey romance connoisseur but I really did not anticipate what I was getting into with this series.
The amount of laughs and tears this story pulled from me is shocking. This was supposed to be a casual read and I went falling in such deep love with Carter Beckett that I will be thinking about him for a long, long time.
All I ask, Ms. Becka Mack, is please hire an editor or fire your current one because some of the errors in this story totally killed the amazing vibe you had going.
Cannot wait to tear up the rest of this series.

I have no idea what I just read. Probably the worst thing ever written. I’ve read fanfiction on Wattpad more put together than whatever this was.

This was a cute story but I definitely didn’t enjoy it as much as the first book. The beginning was a little too cheesy/cringey for my liking. I also kinda got sick with Garrett and Jennie circling around the same issues at several different places in the book.
When we finally got into the nitty gritty of their relationship, it was very organic and cute. I just wish we got a little more of that and a little less of the buildup. We didn’t even get to the proposal. But I about sobbed when Carter and Olivia named their daughter Ireland. I love Hank (and Dublin) so much.
Carter is still my #1 but I am very excited to read Adam’s story.

Okay, I’ve been going back and forth for hours trying to get my thoughts together about this book. There were so many things I loved about it, but unfortunately there were so many things I just didn’t like.
Firstly, everything was just too. much. Too much unnecessary conflict, too much time in the breakup bit, too much childhood trauma that it was literally cringey, too much overcompensating on Adam’s part during the groveling period, too much *trigger warning* animal sickness/death, too much drama from both exes who did things that were so illegal I cannot believe it wasn’t further addressed. Too many pages, too many adoptions (like, what?), just too many/too much everything.
I really loved Adam from the previous books and I was so excited for his story but I just didn’t really love it. It was like an entirely different character from previous books. I liked that he didn’t blink twice at the fact that Rosie was a single mother, and I liked when he had her back when it came to Connor, but all the rest of the time he was either being super one-dimensional because of the hockey thing or he was love bombing the hell out of Rosie to the point it was uncomfortable.
And because of the whole identity thing, I feel like we got so much less of all the other Vipers and wives/girlfriends which bummed me out because I love their whole dynamic together. Carter continues to be my whole world and OH MY GOD, have I fallen in love with Jaxon Riley. He carried like two-thirds of this book on his beautifully sculpted hockey back. Literally cannot wait for his story.
But yeah, this one definitely wasn’t a favorite. I have such high standards for the upcoming book and I really hope it lives up to them.
(P.S. I also deducted .1 stars because they beat the Flyers and I’m a salty Philly fan, sorry.)

OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD.
I don’t even, words?
This is truly such a well-written story. From the plot to the characters to the spice. I literally don’t even know where to begin.
Bliss is a curvy, badass Queen taking back control of her life from a cheating, abusive fiancée and awful family and friends. Vincent is the sweetest little cinnamon roll/serial killer and everything he says just makes me melt. Nash is the hot brother’s best friend who just wants to help Bliss after her brother’s murder. And War? God, give me a room and 15 minutes with him, PLEASE.
The ending? That cliff-hanger? I am legitimately dead. I’ve never gotten such chills from an ending before. Literally squealing and kicking my feet.
Jumping right into the next book.
