How didn't I know this book existed? What a gem! Lisa Tuttle will play with your sanity like not many authors can, and in less than a hundred pages. An underrated novella that accomplishes a lot in a very succinct and fast-paced narrative.

My second Taylor Jenkins Read and once again, she delivered. The way she crafts believable, realistic characters with complex human emotions and her portrayal of women in rock music back in the seventies will not let you put this book down. A storyline that delves into falling for someone that brings out the best and the worst about yourself, or for someone that doesn't want the same as you out of life. What choices do we make then?
A true page turner, with way more depth that you could expect.
