A very good book! The characters are unique and likeable. There is a powerful female team at the head of the unit and the representation does not feel forced. The author has a knack for making you feel a part of the story. You feel with the protagonists, you are invested in the outcome and it truly kept me engaged throughout the whole book. I definitely recommend this one for readers who like paranormal suspense books.

Wild Irish Heart by Tricia O'Malley

Did not finish book. Stopped at 13%.
Keelin is sent a Grimoire and automatically assumes that this must mean her grandma has died. So, she flies to Ireland. With the Grimoire, and the knowledge that her Grandma is a healer and her mother can sense emotions. She knows her fsmily is regarded with suspicion in their Irish hometown and her grandma is labelled a witch and yet she acts ALL surprised and the author makes sure to mention 3 times that since the grandma is dead .. of course we all know she isnt. Well, this annoyed me so much, i decided not to finish it.

This one has been one of my favourites in the series, but I am not gonna lie, I miss Elron's chapters quite a bit.
Nevertheless a wonderful addition to the series and I cannot wait for the next one!!

I enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. Especially the first half of the book was amazing! Easily worth 5 stars and Arcus is probably one of my favourite complex heroes in a long time.
The author kind of lost her voice a bit in the second half and it felt a bit forced. Loved the ending though! Overall an enjoyable read and a nice first book of 2022

I laboured through this book. It took me 14 months to finish it and I only did because it wsd the last book I needed to complete the 52 book club reading challenge 2021. So here I am, finally done.
Its not that I didnt like the book. But its just that NOTHING happens.
