I was a bit nervous to get into this one just because I didn't absolutely love the second book in this series. I'm so glad I finally picked it up though. This was lovely. A great friends to lovers story. The couple I loved individually and together. The guys! Every time they were all together was hilarious. It made me very interested in the next book to get some questions about one of them answered. The cat in this was adorable and I was grinning during all the interactions between him and Noah. I will say the first book is still my favorite but this one brought back my love for this series.

How is it possible that I loved this more than Red White and Royal Blue?? I adored that book. I mean truly loved that book but I this one. I'm obsessed. I'm obsessed with One Last Stop. I'm obsessed with anything Casey McQuiston writes. The plot is so much fun. I really enjoyed watching all of these characters trying to figure it all out. The setting for it is perfect and just makes me want to go back to New York even more than I already did. But the characters. The characters! This is why I fell in love with RW&RB so much. Because Casey McQuiston writes characters that you love and love to follow and wish you were friends with. I could follow anyone in this group and I would have a good time. I was cracking up at certain lines and interactions. I was swooning and giddy watching this relationship grow between the two main characters. It's just all lovely. If you haven't read this book yet stop reading this review and go read it now.

I enjoyed the first book more but still loved this. The characters are funny and I enjoyed there sassy banter with each other. Loved how blunt they both are as well. His angry way of complimenting her made me chuckle every time. I am always weird with kids in a story. Nothing really against them being in a book but sometimes I like them and other times it's just an annoying extra that didn't need to be there. For this book I adored them. They are so cute and funny. It really helps build the relationship of the main couple as well as help each of them have personal character development outside of the relationship. I always love seeing the the main couple from the previous book. Their moments in this was hilarious and sweet. I have so many positives for this but I was a bit disappointed in the end. Not sure why I just felt like it needed more. Even with that I enjoyed every minute.

I had such a good time reading this. It's sweet and funny. Very easy to fly through. The characters are interesting to follow and I was rooting for them. The only reason I'm giving it 4.5 instead of 5 is solely because I didn't enjoy it as much as the first book. I just loved every aspect of that first book so much. It became a new favorite for me and this one wasn't as great as Well Met.

I had a strong feeling I would love this so to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The hype and hearing it was a romeo and juliet retelling set in 20's Shanghai put this instantly on my list to read as soon as I could. It just all fell flat for me. I didn't care about the characters or their journeys and was a bit bored by the plot. I'm not sure why because all the elements were there for this to be one I enjoyed but it just didn't happen. It was too much of the world building and not enough of the characters for me. And though "Romeo and Juliet" are plastered every where for the synopsis and advertising the romance was barely there. Maybe these are added more into the rest of the series but they weren't there for this one. Really sad that I didn't enjoy this book.

Interesting idea and well done. I really enjoyed the relationship and characters and the idea of the dating site. It's different and fun. Not much else to say this was just an enjoyable read.

I really wanted to like this more. The main male character loves "girly" things and it's his journey of learning to accept that as well as fall in love. It should be great. Unfortunately it was a bit boring. I enjoy the main character and his new friend but we don't learn anything about the love interest. There is barely any moments to build their relationship. It is just the first volume so it could be a slow build but it made it hard for me to care for her at all.

I've heard some mixed reviews so I was a bit hesitant to pick this up. But I had a good time. I'm excited to see more character development in the next volumes.

This was just lovely and so much fun. hearing tessa Dare's name so often as being a great romance author I had to try The Duchess Deal out and I'm not disappointed. This is enemies to lovers and beauty and the beast and marriage of convenance all rolled into one and I loved it. It's sweet and hilarious. I really adored these characters by the end and definitely see myself picking up more from this author soon.

Was handed this when I went to see the new film and I really enjoyed both. The film while not my favorite so far was still wonderful and I loved reading through this to see a small prequel story before the events in the film. It also has a funny q&a about the characters and author that I really enjoyed.
