I ended up really liking this story. I love that the secondary characters get their own moments, and I ended up really liking a lot of them, especially Kim and Ramona

I'm starting to like Scott and Ramona's relationship, but everything else in this volume was just okay

This one was great! Really funny in general and some tidbits about Scott's past.

I got this novel for free through a StoryGraph giveaway

I enjoyed the characters and the romance, but there isn't much to the plot, at least in this first book. I think at times it got a bit repetitive (especially towards the middle), but the beginning and end were engaging.

I watched the movie over a decade ago but I don't remember much. The parts I liked the most were the least fantastical so this might not be for me, but I'm curious to see how it progresses.

I've no idea where any of this is going but I'm really enjoying the ride.
I mean, it's clearly going the "generational war" route, so I'm really interested in seeing how that develops and the commentary around the concept. But in terms of plot? No clue. Really excited to find out though.
