Great to-the-point summary of what ACT is and how to make a few changes in your thinking to help you become unstuck. The illustrations were rather simplistic but helpful nonetheless. Easy to digest book with inspiring exercises.
I actually really loved this book. It’s a fantastic exploration of a new and more productive approach to mental health and positivity. I had to return the book to its owner because I borrowed it secretly whilst cat sitting for them, but I’ve been looking for my own hard copy ever since to finish it off.

Incredible resource for clinicians but also so accessible as a self help book!
This book probably has some good advice for those who struggle with thoughts that keep them bound. I found this book didn't introduce and new concepts for me. Recommended for 12 and up.

Good overview on ACT, realistic and manageable excercises that teach you how to implement the therapy into your own life.
